Refund Policy

Booking Cancellations
At Splash, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
- Cancellation 30+ days before scheduled trip: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
- Cancellation 15-29 days before scheduled trip: 70% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellation 7-14 days before scheduled trip: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before scheduled trip: No refund available.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If your yacht experience must be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions (as determined by our captains or maritime authorities):
- You may reschedule your trip at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
Deposit Refunds
For bookings made with a 30% deposit:
- The same cancellation policy applies to the deposit amount paid.
- The remaining balance payment will be refunded in full if the cancellation is made before the final payment due date (typically 14 days before the scheduled trip).

Please include your booking reference number and the reason for your cancellation.
Processing Time
All approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
Modifications to Bookings
Changes to your booking (date, package type, duration) may be accommodated subject to availability:
- Modifications requested 14+ days before the scheduled trip: No fee.
- Modifications requested less than 14 days before the scheduled trip: 10% modification fee.
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. In case of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Special consideration for refunds outside our standard policy may be given on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.
