Full payment or a 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
If paying by deposit, the remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before your scheduled trip.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified during the booking process.

Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policies are outlined in our Refund Policy. By making a booking, you agree to these policies.

Safety and Conduct

Safety is our priority. During your yacht experience:

You must follow all safety instructions provided by our crew.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your trip if you engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Swimming and water activities are at your own risk.
Life jackets must be worn during certain activities as instructed by the crew.

Liability and Insurance

While we take all reasonable measures to ensure your safety:

Splash is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings unless directly caused by our negligence.
We recommend that you obtain travel insurance that covers yacht activities.
You are responsible for any damage you cause to the yacht or its equipment.

Weather and Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify trips due to:

Unsafe weather conditions.
Natural disasters or other events beyond our control.
Technical issues that affect the safety of the vessel.

In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or refunds as outlined in our Refund Policy.
